The culture of the school, the fantastic and committed teachers (and of course Mrs Baxi and my school mates all played a massive role in shaping my personality. I gained a lot of self-confidence during my time at AFBBS. It was the extra-curricular activities that made us what we are today. The inter school debates, the school magazine – Damini which we revived, being the fifth member of the three man school quiz team, all the after school stuff we did – putting up the art & science exhibition, converting class rooms into bedrooms during the Asian Games …..a skill that may be needed again during the current health emergency ! I can’t stop smiling as I write this – I have been flooded with happy memories. And the best part of all – my best friends are from school”.Manasije lives in New Delhi, with his wife Swati Chaturvedi who is a well-known author & journalist and his dog.Attached here three group pictures that Manasije holds very dear, described in his words:- AFBBS Champion Quiz Team preparing at home with Mrs Bhattacharya.
