Anil Lal - Batch of 1982

Nina Lath Gupta Batch of 1982, is the former Managing Director of the prestigious (NFDC) National Film Development Corporation and a former Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer. Post AFBBS, she did Political Science from Punjab University. She has recently set up a new venture, “Homemade by Nina”, which produces fresh and made-to-order natural products for skin, hair, and body. Nina was in the (IRS) Indian Revenue Service from 1989 to 2006. As Managing Director of NFDC, from 2006 to 2018, Nina steered the production of more than 30 feature films, including the critically acclaimed “The Lunchbox” / “Manjhi the Mountain Man” and “Qissa”. Amongst other initiatives, she set up the largest film trade market in Asia (Film Bazaar, Goa) and introduced and spearheaded the first program for restoration of films in India while in NFDC.
She has numerous awards to her credit including –
Rai University, India conferred a Doctorate of Arts Administration on her in 2013 for her contribution in the field of Cinema.
Listed as one of the Most Powerful Women in Indian Business in 2013 by Business Today, India.
Featured by Hollywood Reporter, USA as one of the 12 outstanding international women achievers in the field of Entertainment in 2012.
