Raj Kavalekar (aka Bali), AFBBS School Topper in Commerce (1984 batch) / 25th in all India Merit List / CA at the age of 21….and the list goes on ! She is a perfect Allrounder and was in Indian WaterPolo Team. Salute !

She has spent 25 years at GE, in various Global leadership roles in India and US. Multiple Leadership Finance roles as Global Executive across different functions from Suppy Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial across diverse businesses – Healthcare, Renewables, Oil and Gas. ( GE / GE Power & Water / GE Healthcare / GE Oil & Gas / BHGE).

She is also an active Mentor and Coach of entry level team members at leading Management schools.She is based out of Houston.

Has completed 3 MS 150 bike rides …charity ride for MS from Houston to Austin,a distance of 150 miles over 2 days. Completed several Triathlons of varying distances and a couple of half marathons.

Currently training for Half Ironman

Adventure sports …sky diving, shar dives, river rafting to name a few.

Was a part of India waterpolo team and won several swimming medals at school,college and university.
