Kanika is a multi-disciplinary problem solver with expertise in Design, Strategy, People behaviors- both from marketing and HR perspective.  Her current areas of exploration are unlocking talent potential to build capacity,  creating human centric experiences. She is founder-CEO of NextLeap, an advisory and search firm and co-founder of Jadooz, a media and entertainment company building cinema halls for tier 2/3/4 markets.

She is credited with successfully taking ideas to execution. Till recently, she was the Asia Director for CEB (NYSE- EXBD), leading the launch of Sales and Marketing Benchmarking Business in the region.  Prior, she has been a leader at McKinsey & Co, consulting with fortune 500 companies, Levi’s Strauss & Co (led launch of Denizen, among others) and CEO-Founder of www.homeenegysave.com.- a sustainable energy eCom start-up  Her design credentials include designing modular experiences for global restaurant chains. She is also the India lead for STARTUP GENOME Inc the only global company benchmarking and advising – how to develop start-up ecosystems around the world.

Kanika is an architect from School of Planning, an IIT Delhi Alum, and part of the 25 global leaders at the YALE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP program.
